What things do you do so you can work more in the winter?

We just did a Podcast/RLW about that.  What are your tips?

We are specialized in metal roofing.
And we are preparing for the winter so that we acquire a technique for cleaning roofs from snow.
Thus, we want to minimize seasonal losses.
