Word-of-mouth referrals is the most effective. Our customers typically come to us.

We send very detailed estimates/contracts. Almost a step by step on what we propose to do to the roof. It makes the customer comfortable to know what is happening up there and they have the opportunity to ask questions like "What is Ice & Water Shield>>>

Cutting O'head is the safest route. One might argue that a recession is the process of cutting O'Head anyway Buying in bulk is fine, if you have the work to do. Which is the crux of this conversation. Buying bulk is fine, if you have the funds available>>>

Walmart, eBay, Costco, and Home Depot have conditioned Americans to shop price. I don't know why roofers have a hangup with this. When the economy is bad, does Ford, American Airlines, Dell Computers raise their price? no, they lower their price and offe>>>
