Guided by CEO David Allen, who was there when they broke ground in 1986 and only produced modified bitumen, they now offer a full line of durable, high-performance products built without compromise. Today, still guided by David’s experience, new leaders like Joel Shealey and Shane Millwood have joined the team to help BITEC continue to expand their offerings while maintaining their culture and mission —  provide the guidance and resources contractors need to succeed.
