NFRC’s Weather the Storm campaign encourages roofing professionals to pay the same attention to their mental wellbeing as they do to daily weather forecasts. Using a relatable forecast-inspired approach, the campaign highlights the importance of recognizing stress, managing pressure and taking proactive steps to maintain mental health before challenges become overwhelming. By promoting open conversations and providing practical wellbeing resources, Weather the Storm aims to help roofing workers build resilience, support one another and create healthier workplaces where mental wellbeing is treated as an essential part of staying safe on the job.

Optional cookies are switched off until you turn them on.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on our
