Ellsworth road trips across the globe to Scotland to visit with Luke McCormack about the campaign #PeopleMakeRoofing.  As the CEO of McCormack Partners, Luke and team spearhead the global #PeopleMakeRoofing campaign. Their mission is clear: celebrate the careers of roofing professionals worldwide, break down stigmas, transform perceptions, and attract young, ambitious talent from schools, colleges and universities. They aim to address the roofing industry’s global skills gap directly through a combined effort of the very people who make roofing an exceptional industry.  This is heartwarming and inspiring to see what roofing is doing globally.  Luke also talks about the entry of McCormack Partners into the U.S. market and their recent affiliation with National Roofing Contractors Association.
