Michelle Boykin

Michelle Boykin, the COO of Rackley Roofing in Tennesee to share her stories from the roof. Established in 1974, Rackley Roofing has become one of the leading industrial and commercial roofing contractors in Tennessee. Michelle Boykin (Chief Operating Officer) joined Rackley in late 2010 and has assisted in the company’s exponential growth. Michelle is heavily involved in National Women in Roofing, currently serving as Secretary on the Executive Committee.  She is the past Chair for the NWIR TN Council and was instrumental in forming the council.  Additionally, Michelle is a member of RT3 (Roofing Technology Think Tank) and has been a panel speaker for industry events nationwide, and is an RCS (RoofersCoffeeShop) Influencer.
