Mishell and her husband had a vision to start the Cox Residential Construction Company and now almost a decade after establishing Cox Residential, the company made its way onto the INC. 5000 list and is known as one of the fastest-growing companies. The company offers jobs to hundreds of people, generating an incredible support to the Latino community. Active with National Women in Roofing, her tenacity and hard work have led her to achieve goals which characterize her as one of the most influential women in Indiana.
