2019-A Year for Expansion and Keeping People First

RCS Influencer Charles Antis says that 2019 will see them expand into new regions and open the other half of their 20,000-square-foot building for the benefit of their people and their community.

Antis Roofing is creating the Antis 'Be' campus to exercise their 'Be' values to help local businesses and non-profits partner together in a way that benefits the entire community. Antis' 'Be' values were developed with their entire team and are:

• Be Good.
• Be Generous.
• Be Accountable.
• Be a Leader.
• Be Passionate.

Charles: I'm Charles Antis, along with my president, and COO, Karen and today we have a reoccurring special guest, Ava, and she's here today to ask us a question, and I'm super excited about it. Are you excited?

Ava: Yeah.

Charles:  Okay, there's something I have for you first. I have this for you, this is a gift for you because, it's true, but you have to press the button. Press the button.

Button:  You are a badass.

Charles:   You are. You're a badass. Ask us a question.

Ava: What are you going to do for your business in 2019?

Charles:  Karen, what are we going to do for our business?

Karen:  That is a great question for our first coffee shop. So, 2019, we're going to continue to focus on growth. This last year, we expanded into a new region. We're going to do the same in 2019. We're actually going to move to Northern California. So, in the midst of a really good economy, a labor shortage, it's hard finding good labor but, we're going to lean in, and we're going to move to Northern California.

Charles:   Yes, and?

Karen:   And?

Charles:  And, we put people first, you know? We don't just say that, we do that. So, we're excitedly building the concept, and laying out the structure to opening up the other side of the office here in this 20-thousand-foot building, to create the Antis Be campus. Where we can exercise our Be values, and share them with our local professionals to help non-profits, and for-profit businesses partner together in a way that benefits the entire community, and all the stakeholders. That's what I'm excited about.

Karen:  It's going to be really cool, and part of what we do at Antis is we put purpose first for our employees, so the Be campus is going to help tie that in as everybody looks at being mindful this year, and being thoughtful about their careers, and their personal development. So, B campus, make it happen.

Charles:  Be campus, Be values by the way, you might have to pan up to get this but, these are our Be values, and we believe this, and this is what our whole team came up with collectively. We believe in being good, being accountable, being generous, being a leader, and being passionate about all this. So, that's what it's all about for us in 2019. Is this good? Is that a good answer?

Ava:  Yeah.
