Celebrating Exceptional Employees in the Roofing Industry

This month United Asphalts recognized Daily Operations Manager Janelle Sebring for over 30 years of outstanding service. 

At United Asphalts, our culture strives to celebrate employees because it is through our employees that we are able to provide exceptional products and customer service. For years, we’ve maintained a positive reputation across the roofing industry because we produce only the best oxidized asphalt to provide to roofing contractors.  

Each month we highlight an important member of the team to show the amazing work that adds to this reputation. Janelle Sebring is our daily operations manager, but she is so much more than just a title to our company. She’s been a part of the team since July of 1992 and holds the longest tenure of any employee to date. 

There are very few aspects of our business that Janelle has not learned and subsequently helped to shape. Besides steering the ship as our daily operations manager, she has served as a bookkeeper, human resources director, purchasing specialist, production manager, sales associate and logistics coordinator. A native of Commerce City and lifelong resident of Colorado, Janelle is the embodiment of our values here at United Asphalts. Her philosophy is simple...show up, work hard, listen and be kind.
