The Roofing Passport is a program designed by Sherwin-Williams that brings EagleView’s aerial roof measurement technology, Roofing WRX’s plans and drawings upload system and XML and Keymark’s automated building software together. This combination allows for those who operate in the metal roofing residential and commercial markets to estimate, order and bid much more efficiently.
The fully automated nature of the program allows you to create an estimate with a single click. This means that you get a 3D rendering, measurements and manufacturer metal panel data within 24 hours without having to get on the roof. This includes:
This simplified and accurate estimation process allows you to spend more time growing your business and building trust with your customers; leading to better control of your profit goals. It is key to note that the Roofing Passport system can be applied to any project you have, whether it’s a new construction or a re-roofing or something else!
For those with a re-roofing project, the Roofing Passport allows them to use the EagleView system to look up a customer address and produce an aerial view of the home with accurate measurements. For those working on a new project Roofing WRX can take the blueprints or drawings you have and give you the numbers from there. And, if you have been using a previous measurement tool software and want to transition over to the Roofing Passport program, XML’s upload system allows you to move your information over!
