RoofersCoffeeShop® (RCS) prides ourselves in being the space where the industry meets. Our name honors the tradition of contractors meeting in coffee shops or diners early in the morning before anyone except fellow contractors and crews was awake. While there, they were able to exchange advice, tell stories and talk business. We want to build an online space where these types of exchanges and support can be fostered.
As a part of that mission, we ask a number of roofing professionals and experts from across all parts of the industry to be RCS Influencers every year. Then, throughout the year, start conversations about hot industry topics by sending them questions and prompts. We are honored to then be able to share their informative insights with the rest of our community.
This year, we got to learn more about everything from cause marketing, managerial development, bilingual training, AI in the industry and more! As we look ahead to another great year with our influencers, we wanted to take a moment to look back at the top ten insights from 2024!
10 - AI can't do your job, but it can save you time – Allison Woslager and Melissa Chapman
9 - The importance of bilingual safety training – Trent Cotney
8 - Key questions to ask when choosing a roofing consultant – Melissa Chapman
7 - The power of multilingual management – Jake Magalsky
