Bases are loaded. You sit at the edge of your seat with bated breath as you watch the next hitter step up to the plate. There’s an eerie silence that comes over the field as everyone waits for the pitch... Then, thwack! The ball soars past the outfield and the crowd erupts in noise. There’s an energy that radiates when so many fans are together excited and cheering for the same event.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a baseball fan to feel the same energy this year at the seventh annual National Women in Roofing (NWiR) Day on February 4, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada ahead of the 2024 International Roofing Expo (IRE). The theme this year is: Hitting it out of the park: How women rise with allies and advocates. By the time the event ends, you’ll be cheering alongside other women in the roofing industry as if you were hitting the tie-breaking home run in the World Series.
Registration is still open, and you won’t want to miss your opportunity to attend this two-day conference. With an energetic and intuitive agenda, this is not just another professional development conference, but an opportunity for women and their allies to engage in education, mentoring and networking that will enable them to grow their careers and strengthen their businesses.
Have professional headshots taken, capture photos with longtime friends and create your own keepsake to remember the event! Then settle in for the annual meeting, captivating educational sessions and the keynote presentation. You’re sure to leave with many new contacts and a notebook full of knowledge to take back to your company!
Planning to attend IRE as well? Consider volunteering at the NWiR booth for an hour to help spread the word about the work this incredible organization does.
