Jack’s Roofing Company joins the Wagner Family

Jack’s Roofing Company is now part of Wagner Roofing Company.

Founded in 1940 by Jack Warfield, Jack’s Roofing has remained a family-owned business known for craftsmanship, customer service and integrity. Under the leadership of Jack’s son-in-law, Keith Decker, and grandson, Justin Decker, the company has earned the trust of residential customers, custom home builders and general contractors throughout the region.

When planning the company’s future, the Deckers sought more than a buyer. They wanted a steward, someone who would protect the reputation their family built and uphold the high standards customers expect. They found that partner in Wagner Roofing.

Like Jack’s, Wagner began as a family business. Since acquiring Wagner in 2015, owner and chief executive officer, Dean Jagusch, has been committed to honoring the company’s heritage while preparing it for the future. That same care will guide the integration of Jack’s into Wagner.
