Johns Manville is pleased to congratulate John Goers, managing partner of Architectural Building Solutions (ABS), on being sworn in as the new President of the Chicago Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), effective July 1, 2026. John succeeds Kimberly Lis and brings more than 25 years of commercial roofing experience, along with extensive business leadership expertise, to the role.
As managing partner of ABS, John has helped build a strong reputation for delivering commercial roofing expertise and solutions to architects, consultants, contractors and building owners throughout the region. His commitment to industry education, collaboration and technical excellence aligns closely with the mission of CSI and the needs of today’s design and construction professionals.
