Marketing Should Be Company Wide

RCS Influencer Peter Harding says that every team member contributes to the company marketing efforts through personal branding.

Hey, everybody. Pete Harding here with Go Green Roofing. I've been asked by the RoofersCoffeeShop Influencer Program a simple question. How important is a marketing program to Go Green Roofing?  

A marketing program to Go Green Roofing is a top priority. However, as many people know, I'm a little different on the way I think about things. The company itself doesn't take the burden of marketing upon itself. In everybody's job description at Go Green Roofing it states, that everybody is responsible for their own personal branding. Of course, there are certain parameters the individuals must abide by while doing the personal branding for the company. 

We can't have a bunch of crazy individuals running around out there, doing questionable activities. I'm not going to get into all that here.
