New Tech Machinery COVID-19 Status Update: We Remain Open for Business

As New Tech Machinery continues to closely monitor and respond to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, our sincere thoughts are with those impacted by this virus on a global basis. The health and well-being of our employees, customers, and partners remain our top priority.

We remain fully operational, continuing all of our sales and manufacturing operations, as well as service and provide technical support to our customers where we are able.

As of right now, there are no disruptions in our production, service, and support of our products or those we distribute to our customers.

In addition, New Tech Machinery is continuing to take proactive safety measures regarding health risks as a result of this wide-spread Coronavirus: 

• We will use conference calls, Zoom video meetings for our employees, customers, and partners and request your support to avoid scheduling onsite meetings for the time being.
• We have implemented procedures to restrict our business travel, although service and technical support is still available on a case by case basis in the United States only.
• We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation plans for our facilities.
• We highly encourage practicing good hygiene and social distancing, including a no handshake policy.
• Any employee who is sick is asked to stay home and work remotely (if possible). Most of our employees are working remotely as well.

While we hope everyone is staying safe, healthy, and productive in their businesses, we have not lost sight of our goals, and our customer’s needs.

We are here to help you and your business stay steady during this difficult and uncertain time. The Center for Disease Control is continuously providing updates of the COVID-19 situation and providing the latest updates and information for citizens and healthcare workers.
