Tapco Roofing Products has created resources and partnered with a variety of leading architect platforms to connect designers with the knowledge they need to specify TapcoSlate with confidence.  

NBS Source

Tapco Roofing Products is a NBS Source Partner! NBS’ utilities are free to use for everyone and full of helpful “product specification details and BIM files in IFC and/or Revit format.” For professionals who are NBS Chorus subscribers, the partnership also enables you to drag-and-drop Tapco® products into your Chorus Specification or drawings!

Prefer working in the SpecifiedBy platform? All Tapco Roofing Product’s specifications, CAD and BIM files are available on this database designed to “help specifiers find and research building products and materials through modern search, comparison and information management tools.” Like NBS Source, SpecifiedBy is free to use!  

NBS National BIM Library

You can also find Tapco Roofing Products’ files in the National BIM (Building Information Modelling) library. Hosted by the National Building Specification, this free-to-use library allows users to download BIM files in IFC and/or Revit format. 

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentation

This presentation, which has been approved by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), can be attended both on online and in-person. To make a request for either option, you can fill out the form on the RIBA CPD Network if you are RIBA accredited, or by filling in your details on Tapco’s own CPD Request Form. For non-RIBA members and RIBA members that contact Tapco directly, they will allocate a PDF certificate via email on completion of the presentation to all participants to accrue and redeem hours/points. 

Free of charge samples

Tapco Roofing Products also has product samples available for order! These are always free of charge and are a great way to confirm colour choice and experience the products & materials firsthand before you specify them. Getting samples is as simple as filling out the request form on Tapco’s website.
