• RF Roofing Ltd., out of Coldstream, Berwickshire, for their installation of an energy efficient TapcoSlate roof on a new build project located in Lanark, Scotland in 2024. 
• Visions of Oxford Ltd., based in Oxford, Oxfordshire, for their three-stage replacement/new build project that started in 2018 and wrapped up in 2023 located in Cumnor, Oxford.

The commercial project receiving top honours is:

• Dean Potts Roofing Ltd., from Upper Collwall, Malvern, for their re-roof of the historic Malvern Hills Hotel & Restaurants in 2020, located in Malvern, Worcestershire.
