Summit to spotlight service, strategy and innovation

From October 8–10, the 2025 Roof Service Summit will bring together top voices from across North America’s roofing industry for a focused, professional deep-dive into operations, sales, property management and service leadership. Held in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the event is drawing attention not just for its panel lineup, but for its access to real-world operations and leadership at some of the sector’s top-performing firms. Organized for Service First Solutions clients and priced at $300 per attendee, the summit promises to provide substance.  

The event includes site tours of KPost Roofing & Waterproofing and MRB Contractors, offering an unfiltered look at how high-performing roofing companies operate from the inside out. The agenda kicks off with a Wednesday evening welcome reception at the Truck Yard, setting the tone for two days of discussion and networking. 

Thursday launches with a Property Manager Panel, featuring voices like Doug Johnson, VP of Property Management at Hillwood Properties and Jeff Paschel, partner at Whiteriver Partners. Their session will unpack what property managers really need and expect from roofing service partners. Tours of KPost and MRB follow, split into two afternoon sessions, separated by a working lunch. The day wraps up with a networking competition at PopStroke, blending business with community building. 

Friday pivots toward sales and service leadership, featuring a Q&A with Steve Little, president of KPost and Casey Sneed, president of MRB. Panels that day will spotlight real-world tactics, including a Sales Panel with Dennis Brewer of Springer-Peterson and Bredehoeft and a Service Manager Panel featuring:
