Adams and Reese - Community Association Board Member Certification: With 2023 Legislative Updates
Adams and Reese invites Florida professionals to attend the Community Association Board Member Certification Course webinar to be held via ON24 webcast on Tuesday, Aug. 1, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. eastern.
Attendance will satisfy the requirements of Fla. Stat. 720.3033 and 718.112, if completed within 1 year before or 90 days after being elected or appointed to a board of directors.
The course covers the most critical aspects of day-to-day association operations including: the roles and responsibilities of officers, directors, and association members; understanding governing documents; ownership requirements; records maintenance; financial reporting obligations; enforcement remedies; new legislative updates, and more.
Tiffany Love, Special Counsel at Adams and Reese, will present the virtual training via the ON24 platform. Love serves as general counsel for a variety of residential and professional community associations and businesses throughout the state. She focuses her practice primarily on commercial and business litigation involving real property, contract disputes, insurance disputes, deed restriction enforcement, collections, and bankruptcy.
