ASC S Silicone Coating

ASC S Silicone Roof Coating is a one-component, moisture curing silicone rubber roof coating system designed for use on existing smooth surface BUR, granulated cap sheet, well-adhered acrylic coating, concrete, metal, sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam and various single-ply membrane roofing. There are many variations of this coating depending on your specific needs such as: low viscosity, low solids, clear, leveling and wet patch.

ASC APP Torch

ASC APP Torch is a polyester reinforced APP modified bitumen roofing product specially designed for heat-welded applications. These products provide exceptionally durable roofing systems which are easy to install and will provide long term protection against weathering.

ASC APP 4.0 Smooth

This product is designed for use as a base sheet in APP multi-ply roofing systems. The top is constructed with a smooth sand surface while the bottom has a factory applied burn-off film for heat welding applications.

ASC APP 4.5G

This product is designed for use as a base sheet in APP multi-ply roofing systems. The top is constructed with a granulated surface while the bottom has a factory applied burn-off film for heat welding applications.

ASC 1 Acrylic Roof Coating

ASC 1 is a white, acrylic based elastomeric reflective coating for waterproofing and prolonging roof life.  This flexible and durable coating adheres to roofing substrates, such as asphalt and metal. Protective coating withstands elongation and significantly reduces roof temperature. ASC 1 is listed by CRRC and CA Title 24 compliant.
