GacoBase U95
GacoBase U95 is a two-component urethane maintenance base coat designed to streamline roof restoration across a variety of substrates—helping you restore more roofs, with lower labor and material costs, without compromising on performance. GacoBase forms a tough, durable film that protects foam substrates and prevents oil migration on asphalt roofs—without the need for bleed-blocking primers. It’s ideal for extending the life of aged asphaltic, single-ply, BUR and previously coated roof systems. Made with renewable castor oil, GacoBase provides a sustainable, bio-based alternative to traditional roofing materials, reducing dependency on petroleum products and supporting eco-friendly building practices. It is low VOC and compliant in all 50 states.
