Originally launched in 1998, Eagleview utilized planes and other tools tho capture ortho and oblique imagery. From there, they have grown far beyond the capabilities of 20th century technology, setting imaging standards with their cutting-edge processes and technology. In a recent press release, Marcy Comer, chief marketing officer of Eagleview, shared, “The world has changed and so have we. For more than 25 years, Eagleview has been the gold standard in aerial imagery – delivering the highest quality and coverage available. And in the last decade, Eagleview has transformed to a platform delivering asset intelligence, automation and operational confidence at scale.”
To match their last decade of growth, Eagleview announced that they were launching a major rebrand and new platform. To learn all about this exciting new chapter of Eagleview, Heidi J. Ellsworth sat down with Piers Dormeyer, the CEO of Eagleview, for an episode of Roofing Road Trips®.
The new platform is called Eagleview One™. Piers shared, “Eagleview One is, in essence, a platform. And when we use that word, platform, we mean it is a superstructure that unifies and brings all of Eagleview's imagery, our 3D models, things like our roof reports, our AI-derived analytics, our drones and even partner data all into one place, into one digital experience.”
Unifying all of these different offerings into one platform really showcases Eagleview’s dedication to their new slogan; Insight is Power. Piers explained, “This is a new chapter. We're really focusing a lot on that customer-centric offering, but we're also focused on those insights and on that data, and we think that's really where the power is. We want to give the power of this imagery, data and models to the customer.”
Marcy explained, “Eagleview is no longer just a technology provider — we are a strategic partner in helping our customers see more, know more and do more.”
