Loyalty is a huge factor when it comes to driving business in the contracting industry. That’s why APOC makes sure to pay careful attention to returning the loyalty they receive to build strong relationships and increase their revenue. In an episode of CoatingsCast™, Kyle Infante and Anthony Martin from APOC sat down with Heidi J. Ellsworth to discuss their loyalty and support programs.
Kyle is APOC’s territory manager in Northern Arizona and has been with the company for almost a decade now. Anthony also works as a territory manager, but in Southern Arizona. He started with APOC in 2024 and briefly discussed APOC’s goals, “Our mission is to be the best service provider, the best material provider and really, being the problem solvers for any fluid applied restoration systems. We want our contractors and our distribution partners to work with us so we can all make as much money as possible and provide solid roof foundations for all of the homeowners and building owners across America.”
In order to reach this goal, APOC has established both customer and contractor loyalty programs. Kyle explained a bit of why this was their solution, “It's not just a customer being loyal to our product, it's us being loyal to them at the same time. When we show our loyalty to them, they keep coming back and buying APOC.” The contractor loyalty program is based on a very similar idea of building equity. APOC wants to be their contractors first call, Anthony explained, “We want to be the first call for projects, on the first call if there's an issue, on the first call if there's a question regarding a roofing system that it proposed to them that they're unfamiliar with. And in return, as we're building our loyalty with them, they're building their loyalty with us.”
