Mindset Coach for Employees Results in 30% Growth in Sales

RCS Influencer Greta Bajrami says that you should think outside the box when it comes to employee benefits.  

For employee benefits, last year I thought outside the box. I’m proud to say that the unique benefit I have added for my team members as of June 2020, is a personal mindset coach to work one on one with each team member. That’s right, you heard correctly, a mindset coach. Not a business coach, not a coach to help convert sales, but one to inspire and motivate each employee in their own unique style and way. Now as you can see, I did not select the traditional business coach, instead I selected a triathlete coach.  

Why? Well, after following many athletes on social media and seeing the mindset training that an athlete must undergo to reach the finish line, I was amazed because it occurred to me then, that we all need the same strength and motivation. We all need encouragement to run a little faster each day and realize that the finish line is not too far away. That’s where Coach Morgon came into the picture. Coach Morgon is a triathlete mindset coach who was hired by me to work with our roofing team and help each employee deal with their own personal issues and goals. Although this did not have an immediate effect on Golden Group or its sales, we saw an incredible change in the positivity of our employees.  

Coach Morgon is guiding our team through personal problems and helping them identify and reach goals. All conversations are always 100% confidential. We may not know what is being worked on, but we feel and see the mindset change of each employee. They are speaking better to the team, staying positive for certain situations that they would normally be overwhelmed about. The overall team has become positive. Now, with that I will say that yes, it is an investment, one that might not be linked to your sales and marketing departments, but rather to the health of your employees. I’ll tell you this, since our team has had a mindset coach to help with their lifestyle, we have seen a 30% growth is sales and an increase in productivity. To me, this is what all employers should do, offer support to their team to help them better themselves and work through issues that they may have going on in their life. In doing so, you will be creating a successful mindset community of individuals that will only lead you and your company towards success. Say yes to a mindset coach for your team!
