Heritage took center stage at the Pool Spa Patio and Decking Show as industry professionals gathered at the Las Vegas Convention Center for what many described as one of the most energized starts to the trade show season in years. Crowds filled the aisles early. Exhibitors settled in. Conversations picked up fast. It was the kind of turnout that signaled strength, and for companies like Heritage, it was a moment to connect, highlight community efforts and gauge what lies ahead.
Travis Flores, VP of sales for Heritage, said the event continues to be one of the company’s most important touchpoints. “More than anything, it's networking,” he said. “It's a great opportunity with our vendor partners, our customer partners.” He added that the show provides space to “see old faces, see new faces, make connections.”
Travis also pointed to the company’s commitment to service and industry support; something showcased the night before during PHTA’s Awards of Excellence. He noted, “It was a really cool opportunity to just talk about the impact that Heritage can make in the industry.”
That impact includes Heritage Cares, which show attendees praised for its focus on giving back. The program’s presence was felt throughout the event, reinforcing the company’s reputation as both a business leader and a community partner.
Looking ahead, Travis sees strong momentum building toward 2026. “A lot of folks are pretty optimistic about what will come in 2026,” he said. While he noted that no one has a crystal ball, Travis said conversations throughout the show reflected an upbeat outlook, with some predicting a shift “from a headwind to a tailwind” as early as late next year.
He added that the broader outdoor living trend continues to push interest in pools, spas and backyard design. Attendance numbers backed that up, with Travis noting a lot more attendees than last year and strong participation in classes held throughout the weekend.
As the show continued, the energy on the floor made one thing clear: industry leaders are eager to keep building, keep improving and keep the momentum going.
