Building an Inclusive Workspace

Can just one person be responsible for creating an inclusive environment in the workplace? Significant, sustainable change is only possible when equity and inclusion are infused throughout an organization. Participants will explore the Six Signature Traits of inclusive leadership and strategies for utilizing these traits at any level within the workplace.
